Spicy Pork and Japanese White Radish Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 cloves Garlic
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
3 tablespoons REGULAR SOY SAUCE
1 teaspoon Black pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Pound tenderloin using the blunt edge of a knife. Cut into 2cm wide chunks and season with A.
  2. Cut Japanese white radish into 1cm dice, sprinkle salt, and wait for 10 minutes. Slice the garlic. Halve red pepper, remove the hull and seeds, and cut diagonally, about 1cm wide. Tear the leaves off from watercress.
  3. Put sesame oil, the garlic sliced in STEP2, and black pepper in a frying pan. Put over medium heat until you smell the garlic cooking. Sauté STEP1 for 2 minutes, add the Japanese white radish and red bell pepper cut in STEP2, and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add steamed rice to STEP3 and lightly stir-fry for 2 minutes. Put over high heat and continue stir-frying. Pour "REGULAR SOY SAUCE" along the edge of the frying pan and toss. Before you serve, garnish with watercress in STEP2.
