6 spears Asparagus
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Slurry
1/2 tablespoon Starch
2 tablespoons Water
3 tablespoons LESS SALT SOY SAUCE
400ml Broth

PREPARATION

  1. Peel the hard end of each asparagus. Parboil and chop into three pieces.
