Simmered Asparagus and Ground Chicken
Asparagus has aspartic acid, a kind of amino acid that contains "umami". This acid speeds up metabolism, and revitalizes and recovers you from exhaustion. The combination with ground chicken, which contains low calories, is great for your diet.
PREPARATION
- Peel the hard end of each asparagus. Parboil and chop into three pieces.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pot, and stir-fry ginger and ground chicken. When the ground chicken is cooked, pour A into the pot and slightly boil them up. Add STEP1 and simmer.
- Once STEP2 is fully cooked, thicken with slurry, and serve.
