Apple and Soymilk Custard Pizza Seasoned with Soy Sauce
Enjoy the great combination of refreshing sweet and sour apple and rich soymilk custard cream. This fruit pizza can be served as a desert, snack, or main dish in special occasions.
PREPARATION
- Slice apple.
- Combine flour, egg yolk, and honey in a saucepan. Add soymilk little by little while mixing. Put the saucepan over medium heat. Using a rubber spatula, stir and cook down until thickens. Add "REGULAR SOY SAUCE" and stir.
- Spread STEP2 on pizza crust, and top with apple slices.
- Bake the pizza in an oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
