Japanese Style Cutlet Italiano

Sandwich cheese with beef to make this voluminous cutlet. Pour the special sauce made from soy sauce and olive oil. Serve with plentiful of seasonal vegetables as a side.

Ingredients
2 slices Sliced cheese
2 tablespoons Whole-grain mustard
110g Flour
as needed Olive oil
3 pcs (finely chopped) Cherry tomatoes
3 tablespoons Onion (finely chopped)
a pinch Salt, Pepper
100ml Water
1 pcs Egg
1 tablespoon Olive oil
60ml Olive oil
2 tablespoons REGULAR SOY SAUCE
1 teaspoon Garlic (grated)

PREPARATION

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on beef. Spread whole-grain mustard on the left half of the meat. Split cheese into 4 chunks, respectively. Put 2 pieces of cheese on the mustard, and wrap the cheese by folding the beef in half. Repeat this procedure 4 times.
  2. Cover STEP1 with the mixture of A. Then, cover with breadcrumbs.
  3. Pour 2-3cm of olive oil in a frying pan, and fry STEP2. Once cooked, place them gently on a dish using a spatula. Top with the well-combined sauce B, and serve with grilled vegetables, such as Japanese pumpkin, and fresh arugula, as a side.
    Add red chili pepper in the sauce if you prefer spicy flavor.
