Roll Sushi with Teriyaki
PREPARATION
- Preserve chicken in "TERIYAKI SAUCE" for 30 minutes, cook it in the oven(160℃) for about 20 minutes. Spread the sauce on the chicken and cook it by residual heat. After cooked well, slice it into 1cm pieces.
- Slice onion and paprika, put them into ingredients A mixed and marinate. Slice avocado into 1cm width.
- Mix "TERIYAKI SAUCE" and mayonnaise.
- Spread the rice on a plastic wrap. Put teriyaki chicken, marinated vegetables and avocado on the rice. Roll them together and cut it into a proper size.
- Dish up "TERIYAKI SAUCE" and sushi roll on the plate.
