Cabbage and Octopus Dressed in Ginger-Mayonnaise Sauce
Cabbage contains Vitamin U, which progresses digestive function, and octopus contains taurine that strengthens liver function. The combination of the two low-fat ingredients makes a perfect side dish on the day after you drink too much!
PREPARATION
- Wrap cabbage in plastic wrap and microwave for 4 minutes. Put the cabbage in a strainer and cool.
- Chop the cabbage into a bite-size chunks. Cut octopus into slivers.
- Combine STEP1 with STEP2, and season with soy sauce.
- Drain STEP3, and combine with the mixture of A.
