Banana and Soy Sauce Pound Cake

The aroma of soy sauce matches well with sweetness of banana. This subtle combination of saltiness and sweetness goes well with coffee, black tea, and green tea. You can add chopped nuts such as walnuts in the batter to add crunchiness.
