Japanese Style Ginger Marinade Sauce
Make the marinade sauce by combining "REGULAR SOY SAUCE", plentiful of ginger, and olive oil. The sauce matches well with “mushrooms”, “eggplants”, and “sashimi” (raw fish), because they are all excellent with ginger and soy sauce. You can use this sauce as a dressing for fresh vegetable salad.
PREPARATION
- Peel and grate ginger. It is recommended to use freshly grated ginger instead of the ones that are commercially available.
