Stamina Spareribs

You will be tempted to get your teeth into spareribs seasoned with garlic. This dish is perfect for camping to add stamina and for special occasions. "KOMBU TSUYU" blends in well to the spareribs. Add curry powder or herbs, as you like.

5 tablespoons Vegetable oil
5 tablespoons KOMBU TSUYU
1 tablespoon Chili powder
2 cloves Garlic (grated)
5 tablespoons Flour


  1. Slice off the extra fat from spareribs.
  2. Combine A in a bowl, and marinate the ribs in A for an hour.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan, place STEP2 in the pan, and cook over medium heat.
  4. Turn over the ribs occasionally to avoid the scorch, and cook for approximately 15 minutes.
