Japanese Style Mashed Potatoes
Creamy mashed potatoes seasoned with "KOMBU TSUYU" and milk is perfect as a side dish. The key for creamy texture is to mash the potatoes and combine with milk while it is still hot.
PREPARATION
- Peel potatoes, cut each into 6 chunks, and either boil or microwave to soften. Mash them while hot.
- Warm milk in a pot over low heat. Add the potatoes mashed in STEP1, and stir with a wooden spatula until the potatoes become smooth.
- Season with "KOMBU TSUYU", and mix well before you serve.
