Salmon with deep fried tofu saute
PREPARATION
- Sprinkle salt over the salmon and dust flour over it. Drain tofu with a paper towel, and dust flour over it. Cut paprika(red and yellow) into 2cm size. Deep fry shiitake mushrooms and paprika (without butter).
- Deep fry salmon and tofu separately.
- Pre-heat butter in a frying pan, fry all ingredients(except garlic chips) together with “TERIYAKI SAUCE".
- Serve them on a plate with garlic chips and garnishment.
