Salmon with deep fried tofu saute

  1. Sprinkle salt over the salmon and dust flour over it. Drain tofu with a paper towel, and dust flour over it. Cut paprika(red and yellow) into 2cm size. Deep fry shiitake mushrooms and paprika (without butter).
  2. Deep fry salmon and tofu separately.
  3. Pre-heat butter in a frying pan, fry all ingredients(except garlic chips) together with “TERIYAKI SAUCE".
  4. Serve them on a plate with garlic chips and garnishment.
