Stewed pork with mashed potatoes
PREPARATION
- Boil pork with a lot of water and green onion for about 4hours.
- Boil pork and A with a small lid directly on the food for 10 minutes again in another pot.
- Boil potatoes until they get cooked through. Peel and mash the potatoes.
- Mix the potatoes and fresh cream by food processer. Dish it up with mashed potatoes.

70ml Fresh cream
as needed Green onion
as needed Soup stock (cooked by boiling pork)
100ml TERIYAKI SAUCE
35ml Sugar
