Italian Style Tuna Marinade
Recreate Japanese "sashimi" (raw fish) tuna into Italian style dish! The aroma of soy sauce goes well with balsamic vinegar. This dish matches perfectly with wine.
PREPARATION
- Chop tuna (to be eaten raw) into 1cm cubes, and marinate them in the mixture of A for 10 minutes.
- Serve STEP1. Sprinkle balsamic vinegar and black pepper.Garnish with finely chopped green onion or Italian parsley, as you like.
