"Tokachi" Style Pork Rice Bowl
Rich and savory flavor is the key for this tasty "Tokachi" style pork rice bowl. Place the pork dynamically on the steamed rice, to the point where the rice is completely covered!
PREPARATION
- Cut pork loin into easy-to-to-eat size.
- Combine honey (1 tablespoon) and "KOMBU TSUYU" (100ml) in a bowl, and marinate STEP1 for 5 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté STEP2. When half done, pour the marinade in the pan and cook.
- Put steamed rice in a bowl and place STEP3 on top. Garnish with scalded green peas.
