Soy Sauce Seasoned Pancake with Toppings
Add subtle flavor of "REGULAR SOY SAUCE" to the batter for rich taste. Enjoy making pancakes on a hotplate with your children. Add your favorite toppings, even something sweet, such as fruits and whipping cream.
PREPARATION
- Cut bacon 5cm wide. Split sliced cheese into 4 pieces. Chop Japanese pumpkin (or buttercup squash), 7mm wide, and halve cherry tomatoes.
- Combine beated egg with water, "REGULAR SOY SAUCE", honey, flour, and baking powder.
- Pour olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil becomes warm, lower the heat, and pour 1 ladle-scoop of STEP1 into the pan. Cover with a lid. When the bottom surface turns golden brown, flip it over to cook. Repeat the same procedure to cook the remaining batter.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat, and cook the bacon, Japanese pumpkin, and cherry tomatoes.
- Top the pancakes with bacon, cheese, Japanese pumpkin, and cherry tomatoes.
