Soy Sauce Seasoned Pancake with Toppings

Ingredients
150g Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 pcs Egg
100ml Water
1 teaspoon REGULAR SOY SAUCE
1 tablespoon Honey
as needed Olive oil
(Toppings)
as you like Bacon
as you like Sliced cheese
as you like Cherry tomatoes

PREPARATION

  1. Cut bacon 5cm wide. Split sliced cheese into 4 pieces. Chop Japanese pumpkin (or buttercup squash), 7mm wide, and halve cherry tomatoes.
  2. Combine beated egg with water, "REGULAR SOY SAUCE", honey, flour, and baking powder.
  3. Pour olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil becomes warm, lower the heat, and pour 1 ladle-scoop of STEP1 into the pan. Cover with a lid. When the bottom surface turns golden brown, flip it over to cook. Repeat the same procedure to cook the remaining batter.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, and cook the bacon, Japanese pumpkin, and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Top the pancakes with bacon, cheese, Japanese pumpkin, and cherry tomatoes.
