"REGULAR SOY SAUCE" adds “umami” and refreshing flavor to this chocolate mousse. Instead of whipping cream, use marshmallows for smooth texture.
PREPARATION
- Put marshmallows, milk, and cocoa powder in a saucepan and put over medium heat. Once the marshmallows melt, turn off the heat, and combine "REGULAR SOY SAUCE".
- Pour the mixture into small bowls. Once cooled down to room temperature, refrigerate.
- Garnish the mousse with strawberries and mint leaves.
