Lightly Roasted Beef Seasoned with Pure Soy Sauce
Just brown the surface of the meat and marinate into "REGULAR SOY SAUCE"! This is a very simple but gorgeous dish!!
POINT
Make sure to brown the surface of the beef. Soak in "REGULAR SOY SAUCE" while cooling to bring out rich flavor.
PREPARATION
- Sprinkle pepper on beef, and leave it in room temperature.
- Brown the surface of the beef in a frying pan over high heat.
- Pour "REGULAR SOY SAUCE" in a tray. Soak the beef, turning over occasionally so that it soaks the soy sauce.
- Once cooled, slice the beef and serve. Season green onion with "REGULAR SOY SAUCE", and sprinkle on top of the beef.
