Lightly Roasted Beef Seasoned with Pure Soy Sauce

Just brown the surface of the meat and marinate into "REGULAR SOY SAUCE"! This is a very simple but gorgeous dish!!

Make sure to brown the surface of the beef. Soak in "REGULAR SOY SAUCE" while cooling to bring out rich flavor.

Ingredients
400-500g Beef round
as you like Green onion
as needed Pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Sprinkle pepper on beef, and leave it in room temperature.
  2. Brown the surface of the beef in a frying pan over high heat.
  3. Pour "REGULAR SOY SAUCE" in a tray. Soak the beef, turning over occasionally so that it soaks the soy sauce.
  4. Once cooled, slice the beef and serve. Season green onion with "REGULAR SOY SAUCE", and sprinkle on top of the beef.
