Soymilk Pancake with Honey and Soy Sauce

50-60g Soymilk

1 teaspoon Baking powder

  1. Combine A.
  2. Whisk flour, soymilk, honey, and baking powder well in a bowl.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and pour STEP2 in the pan over medium heat. Once the bottom surface becomes golden, flip it over and put on a lid. Cook for 3 minutes over low heat.
  4. When fully cooked, put it on a dish, garnish with your favorite fruits, and pour plenty of STEP1.
