Ingredients
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 tablespoon Honey
50ml Water
1 tablespoon Olive oil
4 teaspoons LESS SALT SOY SAUCE
2 spears Asparagus
1/4 pcs Onion
3 teaspoons Olive oil

PREPARATION

  1. Combine bread flour, baking powder, honey, and "LESS SALT SOY SAUCE" in a bowl. Add water and olive oil, and knead the dough for 3 minutes. Spread bread flour (extra ingredient) on a cutting board, and roll out the dough to 20cm diameter circle.
  2. Cut chicken breast into 5mm slivers, and season with "LESS SALT SOY SAUCE" (1 teaspoon). Halve cherry tomatoes. Partially peel the hard asparagus skin, and slice diagonally. Slice onion thin. Place the asparagus and onion on a heat-resistance dish, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave (500w) for 1 minute.
  3. Pour olive oil (1 teaspoon) in a frying pan, and put over low heat. Cook the chicken breast, and place on a dish. Combine "LESS SALT SOY SAUCE" (3 teaspoons) and “mirin” (sweet rice cooking wine) in the frying pan, and cook down until thickens.
  4. In a separate frying pan, put olive oil (2 teaspoons) over low-medium heat. Place STEP1 in the pan and bake for 3 minutes. Flip it over, spread STEP3, and top with onion, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, chicken breast, and shredded cheese. Cover the pan with lid and steam-bake for 5 minutes over low heat.
  5. Serve in a dish. Add mayonnaise (extra ingredient), as you like.
