Stewed pork
PREPARATION
- Simmer pork with onion in a pot for 3-4 hour. Boil garden pea for a minute. Mix A (sugar, “TERIYAKI SAUCE" and soup stock) together.
- Cut pork into 4cm size pieces. Put it in a pot with A and simmer it for 10 minutes with a small lid directly on the food.
- Serve in a bowl with mustard.
