PREPARATION

  1. Simmer pork with onion in a pot for 3-4 hour. Boil garden pea for a minute. Mix A (sugar, “TERIYAKI SAUCE" and soup stock) together.
  2. Cut pork into 4cm size pieces. Put it in a pot with A and simmer it for 10 minutes with a small lid directly on the food.
  3. Serve in a bowl with mustard.
